FREZITE Investing in Leadership ... and in training synergies To correctly apply the methodologies for calculating the capacity of processes and machines, as well as provide the necessary knowledge and tools for measuring and monitoring capacity, is in progress a joint training course on Process Capacity for employees from theMetal Division of FREZITE and Seri. Optimising Group synergies, FREZITE invests in the continuous development of its employees’ skills. SERI and the clamping systems concepts Promoting synergies and complementary knowledge within the group, FREZITE held a training on clamping systems concepts. Provided to the project teamof theMetal Division, this action took place at the facilities in Trofa (Portugal), stimulating continuous training to the employees of the group. An initiative that already involved the FREZITE companies in Poland and Germany. The KISS programme - Keep It Short and Simple - a leadership training programme is being implemented in the FREZITE Group. It began with the management teams (MT) in Portugal, who received six sessions on this theme - between September and November 2021 - totalling 24 hours of training. In addition to the members of the MT Wood Trofa, MT Metal Trofa and MT Space), one of the members of the MT USMCA was also integrated. The Brazilian MT also received this training with the same trainer, André Fontes, who will also work on this theme with the heads of the FREZITE Shared Services Departments in Portugal, in training scheduled to take place between the months of March and May of 2022.
