Training and performance for quality Operational performance is a valuable competitive advantage. For this reason, SERI organised an internal training course on dimensional metrology, within the scope of Quality. The programmatic content was focused on the development of three-dimensional measurement programs using the PC-DMIS CAD++ software. It considered the reading, interpretation, and application of GD&T specifications (ASME and ISO standards) present in technical drawings and that reveal themselves essential - by simplifying their manufacturing process - in the quality and cost reduction of the part. Our mission and values are based on a strong relationship of reciprocity, through the sharing of knowledge within the Organisation. One of the strongest components of this dynamic is Quality Performance, whose management practices have allowed us, following a Total Quality logic, to consolidate a constant growth path in operating performance in itsmain vectors: quality, flexibility, speed, cost, customer loyalty and satisfaction. FREZITE s.r.o. invests in training On 17 June, the branch in the Czech Republic promoted training in safety at work and fire protection. On a day dedicated to training, a first- aid course was also held for the Czech team. The employees of FREZITE s.r.o. really appreciated the first aid training, which can save anyone’s life at anytime, anywhere, not only on the company’s premises.
